Not understanding the symbols on total blendtec so was unsure what to use thecarrot symbol for or also the glass with the straw. The associate explained it very well. I dont have the receipt for the total blender handed.

I was unsure which icon was was for a smoothie. The total blender had one with a glass & straw and the other icon was with a carrot. The associate explained the differences so I could uderstand it. She was very helpful!

The jar basically disintegrated into my smoothie with plastic bits and liquid into the base causing it to smoke and short out. My $400 plus blender went in the trash because their support is so awful and would not support their own warranty. If they are going to use defective parts, at least warn consumers to replace the jar every couple of years. Jars are over $100 each. Also, support gets hundreds of calls about these issues and does nothing about warning current customers.

Blendtec jar leaking from the bottom

I started to blend and noticed there was a lot of liquid coming out at the top of the base, and it was vibrating a lot. I added water to the jar and left it n the sink. Five minutes later it was empty. I added more water and held it up and noticed the water was leaking from the silver thing at the bottom.

Customer Service is one of the worst Ive dealt with

I spent several calls with your customer service on an issue with my Blendtec blender. The blender has only been used 109 times, but the seal on the bottom of the mixers container has started leaking. According to customer service since the manufacture date is 02/2014, its out of warranty by approx.. 3 months. I bought this blender because of referrals from friends, but now questing that decision. One of the customer service people said the reason it went bad was from lack of use. This I find hard to believe. They did offer a 50% off a new jar at about $100. I cannot believe that my warranty claim is being rejected because the manufacture date is 02/2014. That was the manufacture date, not the purchase date. Unfortunately I do not have the original receipt but assume its at least a couple months after that date. I spent 3 different calls, one I was hung up on, the other I was basically called a liar saying that it most likely was purchased sometime after 02/14. Not sure if you can help in this matter, but right now I am very discussed in the response I received from your customer service. If I had an employee talk to a customer the way they talked to me they would be looking for a new employer.

Cup and Blender compability

Hi, I need to order a new cup for the Blendtec EZ 600 Blender. The machine might be 5 years old or longer and I wondered whether the new cup will match the old blender. Is the attachment standarised for all your blenders and cups and it has not changed in the recent years? They do look compatible to each other, however I cannot be sure the are exactly the same size. Do I need to buy the same cup or the capacity can be bigger? Kind Regards

Failed blender followed by terrible customer care

Spend your money else where. We were so excited when we bought the product, thinking we were getting a high end blender that will last for years. I am extremely disappointed with the customer care, and sadly, an overpriced piece of junk. After less than 2 years (making only smoothies) the motor made a grinding sound and smelled of burning. After multiple attempts to reach the company, we got some "brush off" answers and we received nothing but run around. On the second attempt to contact them, they didn't even respond. Overpriced blender is going in the garbage. What a disappointment!

Leaking bowl at gasket

Purchased Blentec Home Model at CostCo for $400 plus tax during product demonstration. After making smoothies for approx 1 year, bowl began leaking at bottom into the blender motor mechanism so I stopped using it. I now have an expensive unusable blender in my cabinet after minimal use.

Lack of customer service and junk product

My Blendtec is two years out of its 8-year warranty. However, it has been used less than a few dozen times. Turned it on today, and it only runs at max speed, which is crazy fast. Called customer service, and they said they can do nothing about it, cannot even pay to have it fixed. Expensive machine failed, not worn out. That shouldn't happen. And a $400 blender should be able to be fixed, not thrown in the trash. I would not recommend a Blendtec to anyone, every, at any price.

I'm in the same boat with Uber Eats, I ordered food that never left the restaurant & they not only flip flopped about a refund,4 different times, but they concluded that it was MY FAULT, i ordered wrong, i canceled the order too late, requested a refund too late and yet they still think I agree with them and understand why they stole $65.10 from me for placing an order on their app that they never even showed up to pick up from the restaurant!! They did NOTHING BUT SEND MY ORDER DETAILS TO THE RESTAURANT, who made it, then after over an hour and a half they threw it away, called me to TELL ME TO CANCEL IT, then they canceled the service partnership with Uber due to lack of drivers showing up to get the food!! There's no place I can even call Uber Eats, all #s are recordings instructing to use the chat section in th app where people in a third world country contradict each other and probably have no concept of how us spoiled Americans pay someone to shop and deliver our food to our front door,

Problem with blade assembly
